About Catherine 

​

Catherine is a registered Fellow with the Complementary Medical Association.

Following qualification in psychotherapy, transformational and lifestyle executive coaching,

Catherine pursued her passion for clinical holistic healthcare with further training

in ayurveda, holistic nutrition, acupuncture, metabolic detox, herbal and homeopathic hormonal health & lifestyle medicine.

With a deep commitment to treating the whole person, Catherine has become one of the most well-known leading

women's holistic health clinicians worldwide. 

In 2004 Catherine qualified in Clinical Ayurveda and opened up 3 UK women only medi-spas to focus on

women's hormonal health.  

She  was invited to LA and New York as an ambassador by a global international organic and

holistic wellness brand,  training holistic and organic sustainability

to large spa brands in a major hotel supply chain.  

She was approached by a leading pan Asian beauty corporate

to create and accredit a major international skin and haircare brand

offering company branding, product creation and practitioner training accreditation status

in holistic healthcare and complementary wellbeing.

Catherine set up her own wellness training institute and branding coaching agency

and went on to consult, coach, train and mentor

several start up complementary health clinics and medi-spas

in holistic skincare, haircare/trichology & organic lifestyle wellbeing.

She has successfully sold several wellness brands.

In 2019, Catherine launched Namaste Lifestyle comprising

Namaste Spa, Skin & Hair Clinic, Namaste Ayurveda and Namaste Ayurveda Institute
